Fred comes into real estate with 20+ years of managing his own residential building company. As a master construction builder, homebuyer, and real estate agent he brings expertise from all angles. Fred has a trained eye for a well-built house – his expertise in solar energy applications, blueprint reading, electrical, plumbing, and heating systems make him the ideal Realtor.

Construction work can't be sold through a fancy resume. One is recognized solely through the quality of one's work. Fred's work has always spoken for itself. He has built the highest quality homes – and now he can spot them as well. He knows the true value of a home, as well as its true potential.

Fred was born and raised in Southern Oregon. He enjoys swimming, camping, biking and hiking. In the winter he loves skiing and snowshoeing.
